Excellent product. Excellent customer service

I love using the Totally Blonde shampoo and conditioner. I'm a natural dark brunette so keeping my blonde locks light and pretty is tricky. This duo is perfect, keeps the yellow under control and keeps my hair bright and vibrant. The smell is great and the combo keep my hair happy and soft. And the customer service is wonderful. The seal broke on my shampoo in shipping and got all over. Not only did customer service respond to my email within minutes, but they sent a replacement immediately. Great Product

I bought this shampoo to remove the yellowing that had accumulated on my silver hair. It is working well for that purpose and I love knowing that I am using a gentle shampoo that won't ruin my keratin treatment. It smells nice too.
