KERATHERAPY SHIPPING
Keratherapy currently ships products to areas within the United States and Canada.
Shipping within the continental United States: Our shipping charges are $9.99 for orders less than $40 and free shipping on any orders greater than $40. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders are processed during weekdays and processing times are usually one business day. Shipping times are based on UPS ground delivery and can be 1 to 5 business days after processing time, depending on the location of delivery address.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: Our shipping charges are $29.99 for orders less than $200 and $49.99 on any orders greater than $200. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders are processed during weekdays and processing times are usually one business day. Shipping times are based on UPS ground delivery and can be 3 to 7 business days after processing time, depending on the location of delivery address.
Canada DUTIES and TAXES will be paid by the customer directly to shipping carrier.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the case of damaged items during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at customerservice@keratherapy.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please send an email to customerservice@keratherapy.com showing pictures of the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges only for unopened and unused products purchased within 30 days. To start a return or exchange of product, please email us at customerservice@keratherapy.com with the information of order number, name and item. Please confirm in the email that the product is not opened or used. Once we send a confirmation email, please send the box with the below:
- Enclose a copy of your order with the unopened and unused portion of the product.
- Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Please Note: Only products purchased from Keratherapy’s website may be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges must be approved by a Keratherapy Customer Service Representative. All returns and exchanges will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking and handling fee. Shipping Fees paid for the order are non-refundable.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send the exchange via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post). We cannot refund or exhange any amount in case of loss shipment or package.
